Riserva del Gelso is our selection of Franciacorta obtained mainly by Pinot noir grapes that are soft
pressed to have just first pressing must. After a careful selection of the best Pinot noir grapes, it follows the soft pressing to obtain the fist pressing musts, vinified mainly in steel and a small part in barriques. After 6-7 months from the harvest, the wine that has fermented and aged in wood comes together with the part vinified in steel.
