The Cobue estate is divided into two separate buildings. On the north side of the main building, the façade of a small convent, of which the rose window and the lunette are still visible, can still be distinguished. The other is used as stables, tool shed and related barns.

The buildings are separated by a large courtyard which, slightly sloping, leads to a centuries-old horse chestnut tree, a silent witness to the perpetual succession of seasons, events and men.

Used since the early nineteenth century as a long-standing agricultural company, Cobue was purchased in 1971 by the Gettuli family. The current owner Laura takes care of the estate together with her husband Aurelio Castoldi and their children Gilberto and Simona. Great professionalism and many years of experience, a genuine passion fueled by love for the Earth, are the only elements that the philosophy adopted by the Cobue Agricultural Company adds to the fruits of its estate, values ​​and thoughts to guarantee a high quality product that does not yield to the flattering compromises of the market. A "Sincere" product.

The new wine cellar, ambitious and fascinating project, combines the intelligent spirit of man with the existing environment, creating a space that blends periectly with the profiles of Garda Lake hills, Air, Water and Earth are merging in this structure that becomes host of those elements, necessary presence in the history of great wines. In the wine cellar we use cutting-edge tools to transform our grapes into always more pleasant wines, strictly connected to the territory and itsown characteristics. 



The farm covers a total area of ​​25 hectares, more than 17 of which are vineyards, the feather in the cap of Cobue production.

It is the whole Castoldi family with its collaborators, who take care of the vinification of the grapes in the various grape varieties, mainly autochthonous, from which unique and "Sinceri" wines are obtained.



Care of the plantation, tightness of the vines, reduced pruning, selection of the grapes and less and less invasive treatments represent the philosophy and modus operandi of Cobue, in full respect of Nature.


lt's not been long since the old barn and stables have been turned into a modem Wine Resort, with six appartements in B&B, a SPA center, a pool, wine tasting rooms and everything that it takes to offer our guests a beautiful holiday in the name of relax, peace and some fine wine! 





THE WHITE WINES .. with Lugana as the true expressron of the variety of vine and territory, San Martino della Battaglia, from Tuchì grapes, special and small DOP, an elegant and fine wine. 

THE RED ONES, ready-to-drink wines, from Riviera del Garda Classico, with the nativee grape Groppello, to the Marzemino in purity. 

THE GREAT SPARKLING WINES, Brut and Zero Dosage are made with the Classic Method, vintage blanc de blanc, who age at least 36 months on the lees before the disgorgement. Albis blanc de noir and Roseo rosè de noir from Groppello autoctone red grape. 

Unique are our LATE HARVEST Passvm made from the Tuchì variety and 31 Ottobre by the Turbiana, sweet but not sweet wines, to be erjoyed and tasted with pleasure!

Finally, our originai products, the deepest expression of the philosophy of COBUE: the Getulio white (made with our best white grapes) and the Getulio red made with the best red grapes), chosen blends which are vinified separated􀂼 and later combined.
