DESCRIPTION:
Quartier 1925 millesimato brut sparkling wine obtained from our local vines, stands out for its freshness and nice flavour.
SOIL COMPOSITION: Clayey with gravely substrate rich in minerals
Organoleptic Characteristics:
COLOR: Brilliant, straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
BOUQUET: Fresh and fruity with notes of apple, pear and white flowers.
TASTE: Fresh and dry on the palate with excellent fruity flavour in the finish.
GRAPES: 90% Glera 10% Chardonnay
ALCOHOL: 10,5% vol.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 7-8 (g/l)
ACITÌDITY: 5.3-5.4 (g/l)
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°C-8°C
VINIFICATION: The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by the vinification with selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-17°C. After a stop of a few months follows the refermentation in autoclave with Charmat method.
MATCHING: It’s dried and fruity bubble is ideal to accompany fish dishes but it is also excellent for parties and aperitifs in company.
