DESCRIPTION:
Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is the perfect sparkling Prosecco for special moments, here in the Brut version. Of good acidity, with a delicate aromatic bouquet and
a good structure, the harvest is usually done in the second week of September.


SOIL COMPOSITION: Clayey with gravely substrate rich in
minerals


Organoleptic Characteristics:


COLOR: Lively, straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine perlage.


BOUQUET: Intensely fruity with hints of white flowers, golden
apple and sweet pear.

 

TASTE: Fruity, sapid and balanced on the palate. Fresh, dry
and persistant finish.

GRAPES: 100% Glera
ALCOHOL: 11% vol.

 

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 7-8 (g/l)

 

ACITÌDITY: 5.4-5.6 (g/l)

 

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°C - 8°C

 

VINIFICATION: The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by the vinification with selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-17°C. After a stop of a few months follows the refermentation
in autoclave with long Charmat method.

 

MATCHING: Perfect with fish or as aperitive for special moments.
