DESCRIPTION:
Prosecco Doc Treviso Extra Dry is the undisputed king of bubbles and aperitifs. The grapes are harvested and then vinified according to the most advanced winemaking techniques. Then follows the long Charmat method to obtain an excellent sparkling wine of good structure and with strong
fruity and floral scents. Perfect for aperitifs and fish dishes.


SOIL COMPOSITION: Clayey with gravely substrate rich in minerals


Organoleptic Characteristics:


COLOR: Lively, straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine perlage.


BOUQUET: Intensely fruity with hints of golden apple, sweet pear, banana and acacia flowers.


TASTE: Fresh, sapid and persistent on the palate. Pleasantly lively and balanced finish.

GRAPES: 100% Glera


ALCOHOL: 11% vol.


RESIDUAL SUGAR: 14-15 (g/l)


ACITÌDITY: 5.3-5.4 (g/l)


SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°C-8°C


VINIFICATION: The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by the vinification with selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-17°C. After a stop of a few months follows the refermentatio n
in autoclave with Charmat method.


MATCHING: Particularly good with fish dishes, shellfish appetizers, risotto and vegetable flans
