This Franciacorta is characterized by great structure, rich fragrances and aroma. It has been named Cisiolo because in the late Middle Age in Franciacorta this word indicated a sparkling white wine made from red grapes. Cisiolo for Muratori is synonymous with a desired and won challenge: taming the reputation of difficult character attributed to Pinot noir forcing it to offer itself to the most demanding palates without any dosage.
