Grapes: Malvasia 40%. Riesling 20%, Traminer 20%, Petit Manseng 20%


Harvest and vinification:

Grapes harvested first ten days of December, when they are covered by noble rot. The
fermentation, in white, takes place with selected yeast and a controlled temperature (20°C)


Maturation methods:

The wine matures in 228 litres french oak barriques for 14 months and after 6 months in
bottle.
