Prosecco Doc Rosé Millesimato Extra Dry blends the freshness of the Prosecco with the elegancy of the Pinot Noir, by making a tasting experience able to suit the Prosecco lovers.
SOIL COMPOSITION: Clayey with gravely substrate rich in minerals
Organoleptic Characteristics:
COLOR: Light pink and copper hues with fine and persistent perlage.
BOUQUET: Intensely fruity with hints of fresh fruits, roses and wild strawberries.
TASTE: Fresh, sapid and persistent on the palate. Pleasantly round and balanced finish.

GRAPES: 90% Glera - 10% Pinot Noir
ALCOHOL: 11% vol.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 14-15 (g/l)
ACIDITY: 5.4-5.5 (g/l)
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C-12°C
VINIFICATION: The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by the vinication with selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-17°C. Finally follows the refermentation in autoclave with Charmat method for 60 days.
MATCHING: Perfect as aperitif or good with fish dishes, shellfish and vegetable.
